2023 Updates released in November 2023
We are in the process of going through all of our website materials based on the 2020 version of eNCPT and updating the terminology to match the newest release, the 2023 eNCPT.
Nutrition Progress Note Templates
Our first modification is for the ADIME templates for the Initial and Follow-up Consultations (See Sidebar 
for link to view the templates.).
The activities and other materials for the cases will be updated as we go through the case reviews between now and June 2024.
Our next update will be to update the mind maps, and then we will review/revise the remainder of the case content You can check the date on the listing for the case and/or other materials to determine whether they are still based on the 2020 eNCPT or have been updated to the 2023 version.
Use of older Nutrition Diagnosis - Undesirable Food Choices

One of the most significant changes was the discontinuation of Undesirable Food Choices in the Behavioral/Environmental and replacement with other nutrition diagnoses in the Intake Domain. Please see the video that describes how this will impact the answer keys and discussions in our cases that used Undesirable Food Choices as a Nutition Diagnosis. These cases modified during the revisions, but at this time as either instructor/student you will want to accommodate the 2023 eNCPT revisions BEFORE we get all the changes made on our website. This was video was created for DoNCPII, but it applies to our cases as well. Each time we used the Undesirable Food Choice nutrition diagnoses we will need to figure out which of the new terms best reflects the intended use of the older Nutrition Diagnosis. |
